Job Description
This role involves leading the development of high-quality proposals and responses to RFPs, supporting sales teams to enhance revenue and win rates, while maintaining the accuracy of the content library and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- •Develop high quality proposals and responses to RFPs
- •Coordinate persuasive proposals by organizing pursuit teams and following RFP requirements
- •Liaise with subject matter experts to inform RFP responses and maintain content accuracy
- •Proofread proposals for content, grammar, style, and formatting
- •Implement Pure Storage's brand messaging in all responses
- •Maintain ownership of the content library and establish a review process
- •Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- •Create cost estimates and technical proposals aligned with customer requirements
- •Prepare high-level solution designs and commercial documents
- •Support sales executives during technical presentations and customer interactions
- •Identify opportunities for process improvements and sales efficiency
Requirements
- •3 to 4 years in proposal management and pre-sales roles.
- •Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university.
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to copywrite, proofread, and edit high-quality deliverables.
- •Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- •Proficient in Responsive (formerly RFPio), Salesforce, Excel, G-Suite, and PowerPoint.
- •Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a passion for creative problem-solving.
- •Ability to maintain ownership of the content library and ensure technical accuracy of RFP responses.
- •Experience in developing high-quality, compelling proposals and responses to RFPs.
