Job Description
The Associate in the Finance Department will support financial modeling and analysis to optimize capital use, collaborate with various teams, and ensure effective financial reporting in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
- •Maintain the project finance model and portfolio-wide planning model.
- •Model project economics to support development and investment decisions.
- •Prepare financial reporting metrics and actionable insights on projects.
- •Support Finance leadership in optimizing corporate and project-level financing costs.
- •Review and validate historical and forecasted project cash flows.
- •Conduct research on new financing structures and emerging opportunities.
- •Initiate improvements in systems and processes for quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related subject.
- •2-3 years of experience performing financial modeling and analysis.
- •High proficiency in Office 365 skills and advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data tables, simulations solver, static and dynamic formulas).
- •Strong quantitative analysis and critical thinking skills.
- •Proven ability to deliver efficient, timely, reliable data and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- •Ability to thrive and manage change in a fast-growing company.
- •Demonstrated qualities of integrity, credibility, and confidentiality.
