Job Description
The job is for an intern in the sustainability team at Celonis, where the individual will contribute to projects focused on sustainability and business innovation, conduct market research, and support various strategic areas including product development and sales operations.
Responsibilities
- •Contribute and independently drive projects within the sustainability team.
- •Conduct research and develop new ideas for implementation.
- •Monitor ESG trends and conduct market research and data analyses.
- •Engage in GTM activities and prepare enablement materials.
- •Support sales operations and ensure effective internal communication.
- •Monitor the progress of app implementations for customers.
Requirements
- •Studying in the field of sustainable business management, business administration, or in a comparable program with a focus on sustainability, environmental sciences, or technologies.
- •A good understanding of business sustainability challenges including climate change, CO2 measurement, SDG, regulatory frameworks, and available solutions, proven through work experience or private endeavors.
- •A first understanding of process mining and initial ideas about how process mining could be applied to help companies overcome sustainability challenges.
- •Ability to develop and maintain value-driven, productive relationships with customers and partners, as well as internal stakeholders.
- •Effective communication skills, fluency in both spoken and written English.
- •Full-time availability from 2nd of June to 1st of August 2025.
- •Located in Madrid.
