Job Description
The role involves providing IT support and managing technology systems to enhance productivity and collaboration within the company. The candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, supporting executives, and improving IT processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- •Lead team problem-solving activities and guide technical discussions.
- •Resolve technical problems for employees, including C-level executives.
- •Field escalations from Tier 1 IT Helpdesk teams.
- •Document technical expertise in the Confluence knowledge base.
- •Deploy and manage systems that enhance collaboration and productivity.
- •Plan and integrate tools and services for workplace operations.
- •Manage a ticket queue and identify improvement opportunities.
- •Champion and embed company cultural principles.
Requirements
- •A college degree in a technical program such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or other STEM field.
- •4-8 years experience working in internal IT support.
- •Experience with Exec Support.
- •Strong oral and written language skills.
- •Reliable and dedicated to solving technical problems, and seeing them through to completion.
- •A passion for learning and doing new things in a fast-paced environment.
- •An affinity for working with all things electronic and a curiosity about technology.
- •Experience with enterprise SaaS tools such as Atlassian, G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Meraki, etc.
- •Specific expertise in Okta.
