Job Description
The Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for developing and implementing workforce planning strategies that align with the organization's goals, including forecasting staffing needs, identifying skill gaps, and collaborating with HR and business leaders to ensure the right talent is in place.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- •Build a scalable workforce planning model and establish standard processes.
- •Select or develop tools to support workforce planning and data analysis.
- •Lead the implementation of workforce planning processes across HR and business units.
- •Partner with stakeholders to ensure workforce planning meets organizational needs.
- •Use data-driven techniques to forecast talent demand and identify skill gaps.
- •Analyze workforce data to provide insights into trends and future needs.
- •Leverage analytics to create reports and dashboards for decision-making.
- •Collaborate with HR teams to align talent strategies with workforce planning.
- •Conduct scenario planning and develop contingency plans for workforce flexibility.
- •Serve as the main point of contact for workforce planning discussions.
- •Facilitate workshops and training sessions on workforce planning tools.
- •Continuously enhance workforce planning processes and tools based on best practices.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- •5 years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or a related HR role.
- •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop action plans.
- •Proficiency in workforce planning tools, HRIS systems, and data visualization software (e.g., Workday, Tableau, ServiceNow).
- •Experience with building workforce planning models, processes, and tools.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior leadership.
- •Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- •Willingness to work from the Lehi, UT office in compliance with Pure's policies.
