Job Description
The Senior Zuora Developer at Pure Storage will lead the design and implementation of complex workflows and system integrations for subscription billing and payment solutions, utilizing advanced Zuora functionalities. This role requires a strong technical background in Zuora development and experience with integrating systems like Salesforce and Netsuite.
Responsibilities
- •Design and implement workflows in Zuora using advanced processes.
- •Lead the transition from Zuora Subscription Billing to the Zuora Order Harmonization model.
- •Integrate Zuora with Salesforce, Netsuite, and other systems.
- •Customize and configure Zuora using the Zuora API and ZOQL.
- •Maintain understanding of the Zuora platform and recommend improvements.
- •Translate business challenges into technical solutions using Zuora capabilities.
- •Design and build invoice and email templates and manage communication profiles.
- •Support subscription management activities including amendments and renewals.
- •Configure roles and permissions, maintain data security, and create reports.
- •Provide training and technical guidance on Zuora functionalities.
Requirements
- •5 years of focused experience in Zuora, particularly in subscription billing and payment solutions, with a solid track record in Zuora development.
- •Proficiency in Zuora APIs, ZOQL, and advanced Zuora development, including workflows, product catalogs, security, notifications, and templates.
- •Strong experience with Zuora Order Harmonization, especially in transitioning from Zuora Subscription Billing, and understanding API changes.
- •Proven expertise in integrating Zuora with Salesforce and ERP systems, and configuring Zuora 360 Sync.
- •Comprehensive understanding of billing operations and subscription lifecycle management.
- •Proficient in Zuora REST APIs, callouts, and data export techniques.
- •Maintain a thorough understanding of the Zuora platform, including Zuora Admin, object structures, workflows, and API configurations.
