Job Description
The role involves supporting the expansion of the Celonis Academic Alliance by engaging with university students and faculty to promote Process Mining and Process Intelligence education, while also providing technical support and managing relationships within the academic community in North America.
Responsibilities
- •Support the design and implementation of strategies to scale Academic Alliance activities in US and Canada universities.
- •Assist with delivery of in-person and online Guest Lectures on Process Mining and Process Intelligence.
- •Maintain and support internal reporting using Celonis software and CRM tools.
- •Support various team projects such as the Global Internship Program and Process Mining Job Portal.
- •Manage existing relationships and develop new alliances and campaigns with students in North America.
- •Engage with students, professors, and student initiatives to support Process Mining and Process Intelligence classes.
- •Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Celonis software.
Requirements
- •At least 3 months of full-time availability from April 2025 onwards.
- •Fluency in written and spoken English is non-negotiable.
- •Being a BSc or MSc student in a technical field (industrial engineering, informatics, data science or similar) or in a business administration degree.
- •Strong communicative and presentation skills, demonstrated through extracurricular work or previous engagements.
- •Ability to take the lead, working self-responsibly and in a structured manner.
