Job Description
The Consultant role at Celonis involves working within agile project teams to drive digital transformation for customers by implementing process mining technology, conducting data analyses, and developing data-driven insights to improve business processes.
Responsibilities
- •Play a key role in Celonis implementation projects to address customer pain points
- •Design innovative analyses and execution apps using Machine Learning and Task Mining
- •Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology
- •Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies
- •Quantify business and financial potential and present findings to management
- •Implement Process Automation technology to enhance customer processes
- •Adopt relevant KPIs to measure customer success
- •Ensure customer enablement for continuous process improvement
Requirements
- •Min. 2-3 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area.
- •Experience with AI, machine learning, or similar technologies to enhance process automation and data analysis.
- •Knowledgeable of data related languages SQL required.
- •Successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
- •Excellent analytical skills, well organised and known for being a quick learner.
- •Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
