Job Description
The Senior Frontend Engineer at Celonis will lead the development of high-performance user experiences for the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, focusing on product innovation and UX design. This role involves designing and implementing complex features, mentoring team members, and optimizing large-scale applications using technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, and HTML5.
Responsibilities
- •Lead, design, and implement large-scale and complex new features
- •Make architectural and initiative proposals and lead a team of engineers
- •Take independent ownership in product discussions and shape the roadmap
- •Recognize and improve the developer work environment
- •Mentor and grow teammates
- •Write clean, understandable, and testable code
- •Provide feedback on designs and code of peers
- •Build, launch, and maintain features in production
- •Actively share knowledge with cross-organizational impact
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- •6 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
- •Extensive experience with Angular or similar frameworks, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and SCSS.
- •Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving large, complex projects.
- •Expertise in optimizing and enhancing the performance of large-scale applications.
- •Deep understanding of architectural design and its impact on large-scale applications.
- •Full professional proficiency in English.
