Job Description
The Manager of Professional Services will lead a team of consultants to drive successful deployments of Celonis technology across various industries in Japan, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective project delivery while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- •Lead and develop a team of 5-10 Consultants.
- •Drive successful deployments of Celonis technology across customers.
- •Partner with Sales and Value Engineering teams to enhance customer satisfaction and adoption.
- •Manage a portfolio of projects to ensure timely and high-quality deployments.
- •Build relationships with strategic customers and handle escalations.
- •Ensure deep product and technical knowledge within the Consulting team.
- •Recruit, motivate, and retain top talent within the Consulting team.
- •Build relationships with strategic partners to support key customers.
- •Contribute to internal initiatives for organizational improvement.
Requirements
- •Fluent in Japanese.
- •Business level English conversation skill.
- •Good understanding of the implementation of Celonis products, at a level required to lead and direct Celonis Consultants.
- •Experience in managing professional services teams, preferably in enterprise SaaS companies.
- •Experience of building relationships with sales teams and involvement in deals.
- •Proven leadership in interacting with senior executive level customers.
- •Experience in recruiting, motivating, and retaining top talent.
- •Excellent communication skills.
- •Ability and willingness to be certified in Celonis products.
