Job Description
The Management Consultant at Celonis is responsible for driving data-driven business transformation for customers by leveraging the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, facilitating workshops, and managing the end-to-end customer value journey to achieve strategic goals and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- •Spearhead data-driven business transformation with customers
- •Identify and translate customers' strategic priorities into Celonis use cases
- •Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks
- •Conduct Value Assessments and communicate value opportunities to C-Level executives
- •Facilitate business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities
- •Derive and initiate improvement measures in core business functions
- •Present results and realized value to senior management
- •Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including adoption and renewal
- •Develop a strategic expansion roadmap for embedding Celonis in customer organizations
- •Provide feedback to product development teams for platform enhancement
Requirements
- •Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and/or respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider.
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English.
- •Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications, e.g., SAP, experience with implementing RPA or BI Tools or building Dashboards or Apps Action Flows.
- •Knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
- •Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- •Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent and training users/process owners to realize value.
- •Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
- •Good understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain function and/or strategic transformation initiatives, e.g., Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- •Understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities in the Manufacturing or the Automotive industry.
- •Degree in Industrial Business Engineering, Technology and/or Management, Informatics, Mathematics or similar.
