Job Description
The Client Operations Manager at Sword Health will lead the centralization and management of client requests from the Customer Success team, ensuring efficient coordination and implementation across multiple internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- •Centralize and manage client requests from the Customer Success team.

Requirements
- •Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- •Experience in centralizing and managing client requests received from a Customer Success team.
- •Expertise in streamlining operations and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
