Job Description
The Staff Architect at Redwood Materials will focus on creating sustainable solutions for lithium-ion battery production by leading project execution, design, and construction documentation while ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
Responsibilities
- •Execute projects related to sustainable circular economy for lithium-ion batteries
- •Design and produce construction documents and obtain building permits
- •Serve as architect of record for licensed projects
- •Plan code and life safety design
- •Participate in project scheduling and cost estimating
- •Develop process improvements and workflows to increase design productivity
- •Conduct construction observation and administration
Requirements
- •Licensed architect in the state of Nevada or must have the ability to obtain a Nevada License.
- •Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
- •Minimum 5 years experience in architecture.
- •Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- •Construction administration experience.
- •Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- •Must be highly organized with outstanding prioritization skills.
