Job Description
The Finance Investing Analyst at Arevon will be responsible for managing financial modeling, due diligence, and market research related to infrastructure asset acquisitions and project financing transactions in the renewable energy sector, supporting the company's growth and investment strategies.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and manage financial models for acquisitions and project financing.
- •Support transactions across Investment, Project Finance, and Origination teams.
- •Review and create investment memos detailing market analysis and returns sensitivities.
- •Communicate results and recommendations to management.
- •Support third-party capital raises and optimize financing structures.
- •Collaborate with internal teams to develop underwriting assumptions.
- •Manage due diligence and third-party consultant reports.
- •Support growth of the development pipeline by determining competitive bid pricing.
- •Review and support negotiations of purchase, operating, financing, and offtake agreements.
Requirements
- •1-3 Years Experience in the Renewable Energy Industry, Utilities Sector or Banking.
- •Demonstrated financial acumen and experience developing and building complex financial models using Microsoft Excel.
- •At a minimum, Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math or Engineering.
- •Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated and results oriented, process oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- •Attention to detail and the ability to set and meet realistic deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- •Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- •Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
