Job Description
The role involves leveraging geospatial technology to support the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries by building customer relationships, developing location strategies, and optimizing the adoption of Esri technology. The position requires collaboration with teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- •Build relationships and implement location strategies for organizations.
- •Maintain a healthy pipeline of business growth opportunities.
- •Leverage social media to build a professional network.
- •Participate and present at trade shows, workshops, and seminars.
- •Demonstrate industry knowledge relevant to GIS applications.
- •Identify key stakeholders and understand customer budgeting processes.
- •Use solution selling skills to address customer needs and challenges.
- •Articulate the value of Esri technology in the AEC industry.
- •Conduct research and pursue professional development to anticipate customer needs.
- •Execute account management and sales processes for opportunities.
- •Support visual storytelling and propose customer solutions.
- •Collaborate with teams across Esri to define and execute account strategies.
Requirements
- •3 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience
- •Bachelor's in GIS, business administration, or a related field
- •Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
- •Understanding of account management, account planning and opportunity strategy creation
- •Demonstrated knowledge of the AEC industry and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers
- •Able to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization
