Job Description
The job involves providing technical assistance and support for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing IT assets, and maintaining the company's network and infrastructure. The position is suitable for individuals pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field, with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- •Respond to technical assistance requests via in-person, phone, and electronically.
- •Assist with troubleshooting technical-related user issues, including hardware, software, account, and printer issues.
- •Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical personnel.
- •Install and support various software applications as needed and approved.
- •Log and track IT support-related tasks in the company ticketing system.
- •Assist in maintaining the company’s network and infrastructure as directed.
- •Assist in managing inventory for workstations, laptops, and other IT assets.
- •Assist with company cell phone and mobile device management.
- •Research AI and other innovative tools to help increase productivity.
Requirements
- •Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- •Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
