Job Description
The Director of Survey at Atwell, LLC will lead survey operations by blending strategic planning with hands-on leadership, overseeing project management, client engagement, financial oversight, and team development to achieve successful project outcomes in the consulting, engineering, and construction services industry.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute a Project Manager Business Plan for survey projects.
- •Engage with clients to define project goals and manage contract negotiations.
- •Oversee project invoicing and accounts receivable for financial alignment.
- •Facilitate internal communication and coordinate with stakeholders.
- •Mentor and support team members for professional growth.
- •Drive business growth through marketing, client engagement, and proposals.
- •Ensure efficient documentation using web-based tools.
- •Stay updated on industry trends to improve project performance.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in surveying, engineering, or related field.
- •Professional licensure or certification.
- •5 years of experience in a land development-focused survey leadership role.
- •Proven experience in survey project management and leadership roles.
- •Proficiency in engineering, environmental, land planning, and survey concepts.
- •Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage effectively.
- •Strong organizational and time management skills with a track record of handling multiple projects.
- •Ability to build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
