Job Description
The Origination Intern will support the Commercial Origination Team at Clearway Energy Group, assisting in managing customer relationships, tracking pricing trends, and executing revenue contracts, while also working on an individual project to present to leadership at the end of the internship.
Responsibilities
- •Support the Commercial Origination Team on ongoing efforts
- •Complete an individual project and present it to leadership
- •Manage customer relationships and track pricing and product trends
- •Negotiate and execute revenue contracts
- •Drive growth through product innovation
Requirements
- •First-year students in a graduate program with a focus and passion in sustainability, renewable energy, climate change, or related fields.
- •Specific interest in helping corporates achieve their goals to transition to a net-zero economy with carbon-free energy.
- •Ability to work independently, multitask, and take ownership of projects and assignments.
- •Strong interpersonal skills, including willingness to ask questions, listen to colleagues, and contribute ideas.
- •Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable, showing up and being present during the internship.
- •Participation in a 10-week Summer Internship Program at Clearway Energy Group beginning in June 2025.
- •Ability to present a final project to leadership at the end of the internship.
- •Clearway will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas for this position H-1B, TN, E-3, J-1, etc.

- •Work schedule: Hybrid, office-based employees work together from Tuesdays to Thursdays
