Job Description

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR Talent, HR Learning, and Talent Acquisition teams at Clearway, gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions while assisting with recruiting processes and various HR activities during a 10-week summer internship program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary support to the HR Talent team and partner with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist in the recruiting process by sourcing, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the email inbox.
  • Prepare reports and develop metrics for HR activities.
  • Support programs related to diversity inclusion and performance reviews.
  • Respond to training-related questions from employees and managers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.

Requirements

  • Students pursuing their bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Ability to provide primary support to the HR Talent team and partner with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Experience assisting in the recruiting process by providing front-end assistance with sourcing, scheduling interviews, assisting with offers, and maintaining the email inbox.
  • Experience assisting with moderately complex HR activities including preparation of reports, developing metrics, and supporting programs such as diversity inclusion and performance reviews.
  • Ability to provide positive customer service by responding to employees and managers on training-related questions.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, respect, and teamwork in all matters.
  • Strong ability in the MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with HR Databases, HRIS Systems, and Talent systems, preferably Kronos, SalesForce, and Lumesse.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results.
  • A positive attitude and highly motivated approach to maintaining a culture based on teamwork, respect, and integrity.
  • Clearway will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas for this position (H-1B, TN, E-3, J-1, etc.) or provide any assistance in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including OPT or CPT.
