Job Description
The Electrical Design Engineer at Astrodyne TDI will lead the design and development of EMI RF filter components, ensuring they meet performance, cost, and schedule targets while collaborating with customers to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- •Spearhead the design and development of EMI RF filter products.
- •Collaborate with operations and safety teams to troubleshoot and maintain production flow.
- •Conduct detailed analytical design analyses and participate in mechanical design.
- •Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored design solutions.
- •Conduct debug testing and design verification testing of prototypes.
- •Manage product reliability assurance testing.
- •Create and maintain essential engineering documentation, including schematics, BOMs, drawings, and ECNs.
Requirements
- •A Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- •At least 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in RF design and EMC troubleshooting.
- •Proficiency in using RF test equipment and engineering computer tools like Mathcad, Spice, Excel, and Orcad Capture.
