Job Description
This role involves providing essential customer support for Esri's GIS software, managing the order process, and building relationships with customers to ensure their success. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- •Provide top-notch customer support by understanding customer concerns and delivering solutions.
- •Manage the order process from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient delivery execution.
- •Regularly update and manage customer account information databases.
- •Engage with Esri teams to facilitate effective solutions for customers.
- •Develop efficient methods to resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot complex issues.
Requirements
- •1 year of professional or customer service experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities.
- •Effective communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail, including experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- •Ability to use resources to research issues and manage complex customer inquiries.
- •Customer oriented with a high level of professionalism.
- •Ability to learn new concepts and software programs quickly, retain large amounts of information, and adapt as priorities change.
- •Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- •High School Diploma or equivalent.
