Job Description
The Associate Client Delivery Lead will manage technology transformation projects for European enterprise clients, focusing on migrating to the Kraken platform and addressing long-term technology needs. This role involves collaborating with both clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and improve operational processes.
Responsibilities
- •Manage technology domains for client projects, including billing, finance, and communications.
- •Support European enterprise clients through technology transformation and long-term migration projects.
- •Collaborate with technology and operational teams to deliver project results.
- •Understand client needs and refine solutions leveraging existing and new capabilities.
- •Innovate improvements by integrating technology, people, and processes.
- •Assist clients in adapting to Kraken's development style.
- •Work closely with product managers and developers to communicate client development needs.
Requirements
- •Direct responsibility managing a tech domain (billing, finance, comms) for client projects.
- •Experience in managing long term technology requirements.
- •Ability to work in partnership with technology and operational teams.
- •Understanding of how Kraken works and ability to refine solutions based on client requests.
- •Experience in supporting European enterprise clients through technology transformation journeys.
- •Ability to bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate improvements for clients.
- •Experience in working closely with product managers and developers to request development needs.
- •Fluency in English, as CV submission must be in English.
