Job Description
The Senior Account Executive at Jua.ai will focus on driving sales and business expansion by demonstrating the value of the company's innovative AI technology to clients, while fostering a culture of professionalism and customer service within a rapidly growing startup environment.
Responsibilities
- •Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
- •Engage in both inbound and outbound sales strategies using online and telephone communication
- •Demonstrate and articulate the value proposition of new product categories to potential clients
- •Leverage technical aptitude to understand and sell software and technology products
- •Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
Requirements
- •7 years of experience in high-growth early-stage startup sales
- •A demonstrated track record of sales success
- •Previous success in selling new product categories as opposed to being a price configurator
- •Consistent and proven record of selling 6 figure annual recurring revenue contracts for lesser-known brands
- •Experience using a variety of sales channels, including online marketing and telephone
- •Previous experience in energy and power markets, weather, machine learning or AI products, or related fields
- •Possess a high technical aptitude and a hunter mentality
- •A highly coachable individual with a history of rapidly adapting to new environments
- •Someone who embodies radical candor and possesses unwavering determination
- •A background demonstrating world-class competitiveness
- •Travel as necessary within Europe to engage with prospects and clients
