Job Description

Anew is seeking an Executive Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to executives, assist with HR responsibilities, and manage various administrative tasks in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Assist HR with on and off boarding
  • Become the system administrator for Kayak and Expensify
  • Monitor publication and subscription expirations and renewals
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist with training as needed
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle renewal discussions for corporate travel
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
  • Liaise with People and Culture team to support company engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably for senior executives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in systems administration.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
