Job Description
The Executive Operating Partner at Swift Solar will collaborate with the CEO and Chief of Staff to enhance strategic and operational initiatives, focusing on improving internal communications and managing various projects and reports. This dynamic role involves a mix of analysis, project management, and hands-on problem-solving within a fast-paced clean energy startup environment.
Responsibilities
- •Execute strategic and operational initiatives alongside the CEO and Chief of Staff
- •Reduce CEO involvement in operational tasks
- •Improve internal communications
- •Manage KPI reporting
- •Assist in managing government grants, consultants, and service providers
- •Conduct techno-economic analysis and create supporting plots for fundraising
- •Update and present KPIs
- •Write quarterly reports for grants
- •Run project meetings
- •Address urgent operational issues as they arise
Requirements
- •Exceptional entrepreneurial drive, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- •Top-echelon writing communication skills and spreadsheet analytical skills for project management, financial modeling, and scientific technical data analysis.
- •Ability to understand and communicate complex technical topics.
- •Experience in a deeptech startup or other fast-paced, R&D-heavy environment.
- •Experience with writing and/or managing government grants.
- •Experience with managing NDAs, JDAs, and various business contracts.
- •Experience with finance and accounting.
- •Experience with solar PV industry and technology.
