Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the Lifestage Benefits Crew initiative, focusing on modernizing the digital experience for Veterans and their families. This role requires strategic leadership and collaboration to ensure that digital solutions align with the mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Responsibilities
- •Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the Lifestage Benefits Crew initiative
- •Align project goals with the VA's mission
- •Drive performance and ensure digital solutions improve efficiency and accessibility for Veterans
- •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- •Apply knowledge of digital modernization and human-centered design
Requirements
- •You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Bixal does not provide visa sponsorship.
- •The Sr. Project Manager Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the Lifestage Benefits Crew initiative.
- •This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and an in-depth understanding of digital modernization, human-centered design, and federal service delivery.
- •The position is full-time and contingent on contract award by our client, with a defined performance period of up to one year, with two one-year options.
- •Candidates selected may undergo a background investigation and, if applicable, meet eligibility requirements for suitability.
