Job Description
The Associate Client Delivery Lead will manage technology transformation projects for European enterprise clients, focusing on migrating to the Kraken platform and addressing long-term technology needs. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and improve operational processes in the energy sector.
Responsibilities
- •Manage technology domain for client projects, focusing on billing, finance, and communications.
- •Support European enterprise clients through technology transformation and long-term migration projects.
- •Collaborate with technology and operational teams to deliver client project results.
- •Understand client needs and refine solutions leveraging existing and new capabilities.
- •Innovate improvements by integrating technology, people, and processes.
- •Assist clients in adapting to Kraken's development style.
- •Work closely with product managers and developers to communicate client development needs.
Requirements
- •Direct responsibility managing a tech domain (billing, finance, communications) for client projects.
- •Experience in managing long-term technology requirements or migrating onto a technology platform.
- •Ability to work in partnership with technology and operational teams.
- •Understanding of how the Kraken platform works and ability to refine solutions based on client requests.
- •Capability to bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate improvements for clients.
- •Support clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken's development style.
- •Ability to work closely with product managers and developers to request development needs.
- •Fluency in English, as evidenced by the requirement to submit CV in English.
