Job Description
The Senior Field Operations Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Pano AI's wildfire detection technology, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery to clients.
Responsibilities
- •Provide technical support for field operations
- •Install and maintain systems and equipment
- •Troubleshoot technical issues in the field
- •Ensure operational efficiency of services
- •Contribute to continuous improvement of service standards
Requirements
- •Candidates must be located in Colorado or Texas.
- •More than 8-10 years of experience in field engineering.
- •Proven track record in technical support, system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
