Job Description
The Account Manager for Brazil will be responsible for managing client renewals and stakeholder relationships, working closely with Customer Success Managers to drive expansion opportunities and negotiate contract terms. This role involves nurturing sponsors, understanding stakeholder needs, and overseeing the renewal process.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- •Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a focus on renewals and stakeholder management.
- •Ability to work in coordination with Customer Success Managers.
- •Experience in driving renewal, creating expansion, and managing MRR Raise opportunities.
- •Experience in contract terms including price negotiations.
- •Ability to manage high-level stakeholders through all account bases.
- •Experience in sponsor nurturing and discovering all stakeholders and their needs to be matched with product suites.
- •Experience in conducting Business Reviews and managing renewal processes and contract negotiations.
