About the Role
The Sr. Sourcing Manager - Sustainability is responsible for leading GE Gas Power Sourcing’s sustainability program in support of and aligned to GE Vernova’s overall Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement Sourcing sustainability program management strategies.
Collaborate with Gas Power’s Sr. Manager for Sourcing Compliance & Risk Management.
Drive implementation of standard work related to supplier sustainability requirements.
Develop and integrate relevant environment & decarbonization metrics and targets.
Support deployment of category and sub-category GE Vernova Sourcing strategies.
Engage with Gas Power suppliers to implement sustainability and ESG strategies.
Lead continuous evolution of necessary tools and policies.
Develop and educate internal and external stakeholders on sustainability policies.
