About the Role

Fluence Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supplier Quality Leader to join our Energy Storage team.

Responsibilities

Lead supplier development efforts for key suppliers across global locations.
Work closely with suppliers to establish and implement robust quality systems.
Conduct regular supplier quality audits.
Partner with suppliers to develop corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
Manage supplier qualification and validation processes.
Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, engineering, and manufacturing.
Oversee global supplier management.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI).
Serve as the primary liaison with global suppliers.
Willingness to travel domestically/Internationally up to 40%
