About the Role

Driving development of innovative solutions around grid-forming application controls for PCS in utility scale energy storage solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop control algorithms for power electronic systems used in utility-scale energy storage projects.
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment to implement comprehensive PCS controls solutions.
  • Interact with external development partners.
  • Utilize simulation tools to model, simulate, and analyze power electronics systems.
  • Implement and validate control strategies through prototyping and testing.
  • Execute HIL and SIL testing to validate control algorithms.
  • Optimize control algorithms for efficiency and grid stability.
  • Stay updated on advancements in power electronics and control techniques.
  • Contribute to documentation for seamless integration and future enhancements.
