About the Role
The Commercial function is one that is customer focused, caring deeply about improving our customer experiences in order that Fluence grows profitably. The function is fundamental in driving commercial process compliance and in helping drive Fluence in our ambitious growth plan.
Responsibilities
Support the sales and engineering teams during tender negotiations
Implement changes and set standards for processes across Deal Teams and Services teams
Focus on commercial rigor and risk assessment
Proactively shape risks and opportunities in contractual negotiations
Analysis and commentary of commercial tender documents
Coordination with legal for contractual activities
Evaluating projects in terms of commercial conditions
Manage securities and guarantees
Support financing solutions
Coordination of tax and customs topics
Definition of currency strategy
Forecasting and planning order entries, margin, and revenue recognition
Facilitate lessons learnt from prior bids
