About the Role
The Senior Commercial Contracts Manager provides contracts leadership and expertise for project teams.
Responsibilities
Draft contract language for a wide variety of situations such as sales contracts, proprietary information agreements, consortium agreements, claim settlements and commercial correspondence
Provide expert guidance and coaching to project teams on a day-to-day basis regarding Request for Quotes (RFQ), change orders, contract T&Cs, contract administration, and customer contractual issues of all kinds
Provide leadership regarding significant customer contract issues
Work closely with legal counsel, obtaining and implementing legal review as appropriate
Drive to improve and expand contract and risk tools
