Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Documentation for guidelines, SOPs, and tools developed within Project Delivery.
• Ensure that the Project Delivery QMS remains up-to-date and compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for the review and improvement of the quality management system.
• Support Operations Improvement and Quality Team to accurately maintain records of documents, inspections, audits, reviews.
• Prepare and distribute accurate reports to project stakeholders and management.
• Maintain and Monitor SharePoint sites and Confluence Pages under APAC Project Delivery Team.
• Source/Develop/Support delivery of Training Programs and Materials to project teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement within project delivery.
