About the Role

The Proposal Associate will support and participate in business development and sales meetings with customers, coordinate and participate in Sales Approval meetings, maintain and improve tools to support sales efforts, and support Bid Managers on complex bids.

Responsibilities

  • Support and participate in business development and sales meetings with customers
  • Coordinate and participate in Sales Approval meetings and provide project delivery team with comprehensive handover after project award
  • Maintain, develop, and improve tools (e.g. Salesforce) to support sales efforts and improve sales team efficiency
  • Support Bid Managers on large value strategically important and complex bids
  • Define response requirements and develop bid submission plans to ensure submissions are compliant with tender requirements
  • Facilitate and support bid decisions ensuring win themes are communicated clearly
  • Prepare and manage the bid team schedule, including organizing and facilitating progress review meetings
  • Collaborate with members of wider technical project teams
  • Carry out debriefings with clients and internal response teams to learn lessons and implement improvements
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a repository for templates and proposal collateral
