ABOUT THE POSITION As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will: •Be part of Battery Energy Storage Enclosure System product design team. •Will closely work with Product development team - design engineers from electrical and non-electrocal technology domain, Program managers, product manager, Requisition team and other stakeholders. •Will be part of new product development and product stabilization activities. •Lead BESS Enclosure Electrical System design- Power system architecture design, Electrical design calculation, Electrical protection coordination, Electrical equipement (Circuit breaker, UPS, Fuse, Disconnector etc.) selections. •Perform cable selection and cable scheduling for Battery Energy storage system •Perform Electrical Power System simulation in MATLAB, ETAP. •Support in BESS plant electrical core design •Work closely with control and I&C Engineer. •Support in system level power quality (harmonics) analysis. •Perform and Guide Electrical schematic development •Support in developing component and system level qualifications test plan •Work closely with procurement and 3rd party contract manufacturers. •Support in technical documentations
