Responsibilities

• Drive the Project Team and Senior Management on the projects to timely completion.
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities early-on, and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure GE’s processes, operating rhythm, rigor quality checks and rigor monitoring of risks and opportunities are strictly adhered to.
• Develop the MTS as the integrated EPC project control schedule.
• Update the MTS and prepare all Project Planning Reporting on a monthly/weekly basis.
• Participate in Client meetings on planning, scheduling, and progress matters.
• Implement a harmonized Progress Reporting System.
• Supervise, support and coach the supporting Project Planners.
