About the Role
The Lead Engineer of Battery Module Engineering promotes solid execution excellence of battery modules, battery hardware and analytics.
Responsibilities
Lead the Advanced Engineering Module activities
Lead the design and invention of best-in-class battery modules
Lead the selection of technical choices with documentation
Manage technical planning of modules
Support planning of thermal propagation system design
Lead planning of service and installation strategies
Work with Product Management to establish requirements
Work with Program Management to establish product development timelines
Work with supply chain team members for sourcing
Guide design release engineers/component owners
Ensure a clean transition to the Execution Engineering team
Advise on processes and expectations
