Responsibilities

• Develop market approach, growth plan, and business strategy to support the Fluence business in Chile.
• Build and sustain relationships with key customers, partners, and other stakeholders to drive business development and strategic partnerships.
• Direct market policy actions and market development through analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
• Achieve financial performance and P&L deliverables for Chile.
• Resolve problems and drive customer satisfaction.
• Develop the management group, organization, talent to deliver our mission and annual targets.
• Serve as a matrix lead for sales, execution and post installation services in Chile.
• Deliver input on the product, commercial and finance needs to support the Chile business plan.
• Assist other Fluence leaders in the development of South and Latin American opportunities.
