About the Role
We are seeking an organized, energetic, and results-driven Director of New Homes & Strategic Accounts to join our channel partner team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, with a specific focus on New Home partnerships
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance
- Develop a strategy to grow our Strategic Accounts & New Homes footprint
- Travel within your territory to meet clients one-on-one
- Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities
- Be accountable for the success of your assigned accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the needs of your assigned accounts
- Forecast sales, installations, and closes within your assigned accounts
- Other duties as assigned by the leader
