Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and implement solutions on the CRM platform.
• Interact with business analysts and product managers.
• Work within an autonomous scrum team.
• Participate in the design and implementation of scalable solutions.
• Design, develop, re-factor, and enhance Salesforce.com applications.
• Collaboratively work with architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Evaluate and address system performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility issues.
• Document system and application architectures.
• Work with adjacent teams to integrate new services.
• Partner with operations staff to develop testing and monitoring strategies.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts.
• Create and follow processes and procedures for maintainable application development.
