About the Role

This role will be executing strategic deals and advancing the contract process with clients. They will work closely with clients and customers to ensure smooth communication and support the progression of transactions from initiation through contract finalization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Director of Business Development in managing and advancing key transactions.
  • Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of contracts.
  • Gather and analyze critical information needed for client engagements.
  • Maintain organized records of deal progress, client interactions, and contract statuses.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
  • Manage the sales process following the initial introduction to the client.
  • Update all client facing activity in Brightcore CRM.
