Responsibilities

• Coach an amazing group of engineers in self-management, collaboration, and value delivery
• Choose the right Agile tools and frameworks for the right conditions
• Support Product Owners, Product Managers, and key stakeholders in effective backlog management
• Evaluate, manage, optimize, and document Agile tools and processes
• Facilitate ongoing product development processes and reporting
• Coordinate process improvement initiatives
