About the Role

This position will be primarily charged with reception and administrative support for the Scottsdale, AZ office.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in a high volume of daily internal/external guests to the office.
  • Answer and screen calls made to the main phone line.
  • Maintain accurate records/logs of visitor and contractor access badges.
  • Process and log mail and package deliveries/drop-offs.
  • Maintain professional order and appearance of general office and conference rooms.
  • Troubleshoot office equipment issues.
  • Provide support with mailing, filing, and copying requests.
  • Provide support with internal meeting set-up.
  • Provide planning support for various corporate events and volunteer initiatives.
  • Update and maintain general office reference materials.
  • Stock kitchens and help maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
  • Ensure copy and meeting rooms are adequately stocked.
  • Serve as backup to other administrative team members.
  • Support other administrative and office duties as required.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
