Job Description
A detail-oriented analyst role focused on supporting the development of commercial solar projects across the country, leveraging innovative technology to accelerate renewable energy deployment and contribute to environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop commercial-scale solar projects nationwide.
- Research and analyze market factors affecting solar industry development.
- Leverage Wunder's technology platform to support project development volume and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
Requirements
- Have 1-2 years of managing complex projects or be a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Solar Development, or any field that provided the tools and resources to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Take the initiative to reduce risk and get ahead of problems before they impact project timelines or budgets, ensuring all stakeholders involved know what is happening, why it is happening, and when it needs to be done.
- Be meticulous and take a zero defect approach to problem solving and deliverables, ensuring all details to achieve milestones are taken care of on time and on budget.
- Manage multiple projects at once, with the ability to juggle several tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Be eager and ready to learn about how the solar development industry works, with a desire to become an expert in the commercial solar market and project management.
- Possess a growth mindset, actively seeking out new ideas, questioning the status quo, and driving forward with creative and effective solutions in solar development.
- Thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment, with a passion for working cross-functionally and collaborating with others.
- Be flexible and a quick responder, able to react quickly and efficiently when called upon to change or pivot in a dynamic organizational environment.
- Believe that no problem is too hard, with the ability to articulate and implement solutions, recognizing multiple solutions to the same problem, and streamlining processes to increase efficiency.
- Currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Boulder or Denver, Colorado area.

Base salary range of $58,500 - $78,000 per year
