Job Description
The Water Treatment Operator is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of water treatment and distribution facilities, ensuring compliance and efficient plant performance while working outdoors and responding to emergencies as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily operations and maintenance of Water Treatment and Distribution facilities as directed by the Project Manager
- Monitor water treatment processes daily to ensure compliance and optimal operation
- Respond to emergencies and unpredicted situations, including being part of an on-call rotation
- Assist in maintaining treatment systems through routine maintenance activities
Requirements
- Participate in the daily operations and maintenance of the Water Treatment and Distribution facilities as directed by the Project Manager.
- Participate in an on-call rotation on weekends, holidays, and outside normal workday hours.
- Respond to emergencies or unpredicted situations as required.
- Maintain 100% compliance through daily process monitoring and a comprehensive maintenance system.
