Job Description
The Water Treatment and Distribution Project Manager oversees the daily operations, maintenance, management, and client communication of municipal water treatment facilities, leading staff to ensure efficient and compliant plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead staff to execute day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of the municipal water treatment facility
- Oversee administrative duties related to the water treatment project
- Maintain close communication with clients regarding project status and issues
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience leading staff to execute the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of a municipal water treatment facility.
- The candidate must have experience maintaining close communication with clients regarding the operations of the municipal water treatment facility.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 25 years of experience in water treatment, environmental issues, or related fields, as implied by the company's history and scope.
- The candidate must possess the knowledge and skills of hundreds of engineers, scientists, and regulatory experts to address operational issues and ensure full compliance of treatment plants.
- The candidate must be capable of quickly tackling challenging operational issues at water treatment facilities.
- The candidate must have a background in contract operations and management services for drinking water, municipal and industrial wastewater, groundwater remediation, or solid waste facilities.
- The candidate must be able to lead staff in executing operations, maintenance, management, and administrative duties at a water treatment facility.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members to maintain operational standards and compliance.
- The candidate must have the ability to support and lead a team in a supportive and empowering work environment.
- The candidate must be willing to work near Lisbon, Maine, as the position is located there.
