Job Description
The Wastewater Treatment Operator is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of a wastewater treatment facility, ensuring efficient plant performance and compliance with regulations, while supporting environmental protection efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the daily operations of the wastewater treatment facility
- Perform maintenance tasks on wastewater treatment equipment
- Assist in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards
- Support the Project Manager in operational activities
Requirements
- Participate in the daily operations and maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment facility as directed by the Project Manager.
- Possess the ability to work outdoors and protect water resources.
- Have a valid certification or license to operate wastewater treatment facilities (implied by the need for certified operators and industry certification support).
- Be willing to work in a team environment and follow operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Meet any industry-specific certification, licensing, or training requirements necessary to perform wastewater treatment operations (implied by the company's support for certification upgrades and maintenance).
