Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager at Wisk is responsible for overseeing recruitment strategies and driving the talent acquisition process, ensuring the delivery of top talent to meet the company's strategic goals. This role also involves building relationships with stakeholders and leading the transition to a new HRIS system.
Responsibilities
- •Oversee recruitment strategies and drive the talent acquisition process
- •Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans
- •Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of top talent
- •Lead the transition to Workday as the HRIS system
Requirements
- •Proven track record in talent acquisition.
- •Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans.
- •Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of top talent to meet the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- •Leadership role in the transition to Workday as the HRIS system.
- •Ability to work onsite at the HQ office 3 days per week.
